The photographs in this collection document the daily activities in various departments on campus in August 1967. They show the operations aspect of the university by showing the activities in departments such as Utilities and Administrations. On the manila envelope received from Ms. Elfriede Lynch, there was a typed notation indicating that the Public Relations Office requested the photographs to update the "photo file" and for the "Boca Supplement."

Twenty-one pages had information about the photograph(s) typed at the top of the page. The pages were punched with a three hole punch and put into a thin notebook.
